Is the Chief Excutive Officer and founder of AMI Consulting. He previously worked for Regional Administrative Secretariat as a Regional Co operative Officer and before that, worked for Tanzania Coffee Board as an Assistant Accountant for 2 years serving client in Coffee Industry zone in Tanzania both in Private and Buplic Sector.
He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Makerere University-Kampala Uganda ,a B.A Co operative Managenment and Accounting, from Sokoine University ofAgriculture -Tanzania.
Mwakalinga Yassin is also an Expert in formulation recommendations, policies, plans to aid in market interpretation or solution of economic problems, such as recommending changes in methods of agricultural financing, domestic, and international monetary policies, or policies that regulate investment and transfer of capital.
He can Plan, designs, and conducts research to aid in interpretation of economic relationships and in solution of problems arising from various economic phenomena.

Is a Bussiness Continuity Maneger of AMI Consulting. Previously he was an Associate Management Consultant with Serengeti Advisers Limited where he lead a number of engagement teams that advised on a number of transactions and strategies. Before returning to Tanzania, he worked as an analyst at the National Bureau of Economic Research (Cambridge) and Harvard Centre for Population and Development Studies (HCPDS).
Paulsen is a recognized economic and investment expert with significant experience on trade, corporate finance and management consulting. He has served as an adviser to members of parliament, cabinet ministers, investment and trade promotion agencies, government agencies, financial institutions, private investors and senior corporate executives. Paulsen skills and interest include: (1) Project and Infrastructure Financing, (2) Corporate Restructuring and Acquisitions and (3) Trade Development and Economic Policy.
Paulsen holds a BS Applied Mathematics (Economics) from Harvard University.
